I recently received in home physical therapy after surgery and a 2 week stay at rehab due to traumatic fall requiring complex hip replacement. Upon returning home, I was struggling to get around the house using only a walker. Jo, the Care Solutions home therapist, was amazing! After only 3 weeks I am able to move around with confidence using mostly a cane, and soon hopefully not needing that. Very poor services. Sorry we chose care solutions inc. for our health care. They're short on supplies. Late for service. And arguing about how service should be done. Leaving customer in the middle of there disagreement. Again they used up my supplies and claim there office is low on supplies. Yes social security has paid them for supplies and they claim they don't have ave. Loo around
