Just an amazing leasing agency all around. They are fantastic at communication. They answer the phones during business hours and are prompt to reply to emails. I’m very impressed with the maintenance crews they use. Things get fixed quickly. Rent increased a bit each year, but usually just $50 or so; very easy to manage and budget for. The staff is so kind and professional. Just 2 days after turning in my keys, I got my full deposit back. If I ever find my way back to Pensacola I would rent from them again. I really appreciate the way Care Realty Group takes care of their clients. It really feels like a welcoming, family-run, business. I've been a tenant for nearly three years now, and at two separate properties. Any maintenance issue I've had were promptly taken care of, and the move-in/out and lease renewal processes have been seamless and easy. Most recently, I had some serious personal issues.
