All I needed was a dr note (which in itself is stupid for 3 days). Doctor didn't even see me just charged me $35 for a note that read I "claimed to be in no condition for work". If you saw me for just a moment, you'd see I was ill but you didn't, u just wrote a screwy note that does me no good and may get me fired. This clinic is all about $. A canadian doctor would be really nice for a change.
Was completely ignored no one was in the reception and no one in the pharmacy would even look my way…. The only place in town that’s open when I’m not working and can’t even get acknowledgment that I’m not invisible
The female receptionist was incredible. I believe she was a philipino lady and she was extremely professional, understanding with my concerns and questions, and pointed me to the right direction on who to contact when this clinic was unable to meet my conditions and comfort. She kept complete professionalism but also expressed person sympathetic understanding that made the experience more positive. Although the experience was over the phone I felt personally cared for in a way that many clinics miss or lack.
I’ve had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, particularly with one of the representatives. I believe there is a gap in communication skills and professionalism, which has affected my overall experience. The individual in question, a Filipino lady, appears to lack the necessary experience and often has difficulty understanding and effectively interacting with patients.
