We have been going to this clinic for the past 10 years and it has progressively gotten worse over the years. This last visit was the worst by far. Firstly my husband was not even seen by the Dr. and was told that the Dr was to busy to see him. He was only talked to by the student nurse practitioner, which was not attentive or concerned with listening to my husbands reason for being there. Her comments were that maybe he should get a family dr. and when he asked what was being prescribed she only stated that he could pick up... read more

Went in to be fitted for custom order compression socks. Was impressed by my treatment, but after nearly a month of no call I stopped in today to inquire. Seems my order & contact information didn't exist and I'm left to wonder wt actual f
Called in to book an appointment for a new family Dr. Was told over the phone I didn’t have to book an appointment for each individual family member ( 4 people in total ) once we arrived the front desk lady had no idea what the appointment was for and after 30 minutes of waiting was told we would have to wait an additional 30 minutes before only one person could be seen. Was told “Crystal ( the lady I’m assuming booked the initial appointment) wasn’t Crystal clear on how many people were supposed to be seen” pretty awful com... read more
