I have been having great experiences here for the past 6 years, and my most recent experience with Dr Jerudi has been one of the best. I have done both over the phone and in person appointments with him, and in all cases I have felt listened to and treated with respect.
Front staff needs to be replaced or retrained. 3 years now and it’s only getting worse. Doctors are decent and much better than the ones at cure md but front staff is the worst service I’ve ever seen in a clinic. Never answer the phone. No help what so ever regardless of what time or what day or what month you try to get in. Please do something about this because there is a desperate need for more doctors in this city and having incompetent front staff who can’t even manage answering the phone or update their time isn’t help... read more
