Ive been here for both my daughter and myself they are always great!
have called the office several times and left multiple voicemails, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. The online system indicates that appointments must be booked by phone; however, no one is answering the calls. This situation has been very frustrating and is not acceptable, especially when timely medical access is important.
I have been going here regularly as i still havnt found a family doctor since moving to leduc, the wait is never long, the receptionist is so lovely always takes the time to chat to the kids and gave her some stickers to cheer her up , just a small difference, makes the visit so much more pleasant for the little ones, the doctor listens and is very thorough. I would definitely recommend.
All I needed was a dr note (which in itself is stupid for 3 days). Doctor didn't even see me just charged me $35 for a note that read I "claimed to be in no condition for work". If you saw me for just a moment, you'd see I was ill but you didn't, u just wrote a screwy note that does me no good and may get me fired. This clinic is all about $. A canadian doctor would be really nice for a change.
Was completely ignored no one was in the reception and no one in the pharmacy would even look my way…. The only place in town that’s open when I’m not working and can’t even get acknowledgment that I’m not invisible
