I was thoroughly impressed with the care I received at CarePlus! I was feeling sick one afternoon so I went for a visit. They got me back quickly, but I began to feel much worse. It was close to closing time, but they never made me feel like a burden. I also never felt as if they were rushing through the care. Just had the BEST experience here. There was virtually no wait- just long enough to fill out our paperwork. From the front desk to the nurses to the doctor, everyone was SO helpful and friendly. The doctor had the absolute best beside manner and made my sweet little man feel extra comfortable. The hubs and I will both be transferring care there for any GP needs and Beckham will be coming here for any future sick visits! Can't say enough how much it meant to me that they were so amazing.
I generally do not write many Facebook reviews, but I have been treated here twice now and I cannot sing this places's praises enough! The practice is extremely clean and everyone there is so very nice. The CRNPs that I saw, Hala Mourtada and Bradley Elliott, are both very knowledgeable, have excellent bedside manner, and you can tell that they genuinely care about their patients. Fast service, friendly staff, and knowledgeable medical professionals tending to not only physical needs, but emotional needs as well. Nothing was rushed, and everything was done in a timely manner. I feel that my visit was thorough and that I was genuinely cared for. I am confident in making this my primary care facility from here on out.
