Care Placement has been fantastic! The sales representative Donna was very helpful and listened carefully to my mom‘s needs and pass it on to her primary caregiver. Her primary caregiver Angie has been wonderful so so far. Everyone has been punctual and professional. I highly recommend Care Placement for anyone who has a recovery process to go through or an aging parent.
Care Placement Home Health Care has been a fantastic company to do business with. Communication is timely and professional from the company liaison to accounts receivable/billing and the caregivers themselves. As for the caregivers, their communication has been exceptional with me and each other to keep my mom’s needs met with fluidity and consistency. Attentive. Courteous to patients. Communicates well to family. In just a few days, tangible improvement in patient’s physical & emotional status are evident.
