I have been to a number of physical therapists over the years and for a variety of diseases and injuries and generally have been satisfied. But the team (especially Theresa and Emily) here have been close to miracle workers. Their knowledge of the body and its complexity is tremendous. And I have benefited greatly from the use of such techniques as dry needling and trigger point massage. I highly recommend this practice.

I’ve been to physical therapy several times over the years and never had a good experience. It was so bad that when I hurt my back 2 years ago that I tried everything I could before going. Back to physical therapy. That’s when I found Kate. I tried trigger therapy, dry needling, acupuncture, a shot into my SI joint. NOTHING HELPED. If you had surgery or have pain the only place for RELIEF is C.A.R.E! I had 2 shoulder surgeries and within 4 months of C.A.R.E I was back with a trainer for the 5th month and 6 th month full on 5 days a week workouts! Do it right and go to C.A.R.E.
