We had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Vinh Nguyen, who was our child’s primary care doctor. When we urgently needed his signature on a behavioral health form related to our child’s autism, he delayed for over 10 days, despite already being aware of the condition. His office insisted on an unnecessary visit and avoided our calls. Only after we pushed did he respond, claiming he was too busy. This lack of urgency and responsibility led us to switch to a new doctor for our child.
