We initially needed a Caregiver for our mom specific to engagement, outings and transportation to appointments, etc. From the initial assessment with the Life Care Manager to the interactions with the Client Care team responsible for matching a Caregiver, the customer service experience was amazing. Very nice staff I applied for a job listing with them and they were willing to put me on the team within 1 week the next day after the interview I started working...scheduling team always is willing to schedule clients that work best for the care caregiver....

Honestly the worst caregiving agency you could possibly use. They don't listen, they don't communicate, and if you trust them to care for a loved one, you will get the bottom of the barrel for what you pay. Avoid at all costs.
