If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They are horrendous and don’t care about you or your kids. 3 times out nurse had informed them she wouldn’t come in and they never told me so I’m up till midnight waiting for her for her to not be here because when she told them at 7am they never bothered to call me even after I asked them about it. And when she agreed to work and cover a shift for another nurse they FORGOT to put it in the schedule. So don’t trust this company with your child because it won’t be consistent care ... read more

My experience with Preferred has been excellent, the staff is kind , willing to work with you in any situation . They have been respectful and helpful and supportive , I could go on and on about their support and understanding. I‘ve worked with and for Preferred home health care for 10 years or more , and they been the same. I really appreciate them so much.
