I was hired by the company and was told and even shown there was available work. Then I disclosed to them I have a disability and they refused to give me any work. How are you a company who works with the disabled but don’t allow disabled people to work for your company. 2 years employed and not 1 single case. Disgusting behavior from this company
I have had a wonderful experience becoming a member of the Preferred team. I feel like they have set me up for success with the trainings and the availability to ask questions. They also check in to ask if I am available to help other patients....
My experience with preferred is ok. It has good flexibility and work life balance. The pay is good for nurses. The only complaint I have is that there is only one week a year for paid vacation time or sick time. There is no separate sick days just 40 hours a year which is not enough for family and friends I love the families I serve but I hate having to have to balance my PTO time each year and go to work with a cold because it's only 40 hours a year which you have to work 10 months just to get one week off, because the acru... read more
