Office staffs are very helpful and understandable and knowledgeable. The DON is always ready to listen and answered our questions. Best place of employment. They are taking good care of the clients and employees.
I would not recommend this home health agency. Period. I’ve had two occurrences. One was where a nurse quit on our case before she even began and another instance was where the nurse just decided that my daughters case was not a “good fit” for her. I made it very clear to this agency to make sure that they hire somebody that wants to work on Saturdays and is OK with my animals in my home. When I asked the nurse how she felt about working every other Saturday her response to me was “I don’t like working weekends period.” She ... read more
This office is sympathetic towards the needs of their clientele. Personable staff and prompt.
I would not recommend at all! After needing assistance with my mother the caregivers did what they wanted to. I let the office know and I was told all we do is put the family and caregivers together. I needed the help since I just had a baby and could not do both. I ended up stopping services with this company and went with a private caregiver.
