I have been bringing my entire family to the care one clinic on county line road for a while now when we can't see our primary and the care they provide is awesome. Sherri and Mark the Arnp's are wonderful and take the time to talk to you and explain what's going on . We need more nurse practioners like them 😊
I had an eye infection. My wait time was 15 minutes. I saw the doctor and was out in 35 minutes !
They were very helpful and knowledgeable about what was going on with my mother's foot. They told her of the possible outcomes and what to expect. Also they were very polite for being so close to locking their doors for the evening.
This was my first visit to Care One. After reading some of the reviews I was a bit scared of how I would be treated. My fear was unnecessary as the entire staff is amazing. Sherri is definitely in the right profession. I was immediately put at ease by her. She genuinely listened to me and addressed all of my symptoms promptly and professionally. Yesterday, their Dr rudely lectured my daughter, saying she was "wasting taxpayer money" by coming there for a UTI. She was in severe pain, and had waited for a long time to be seen. She was so upset by his rude, abusive treatment that she walked out before treatment. She ended up at the ER. If that arrogant jackass resents that they accept Medicaid, and abuses patients over it, he should not work there at all. We are very upset and disgusted.
This place is the McDonald's of medical . The entire facility is dirty , the staff lacks any resemblance of a medical facility . Unless your patient has four paws I would steer clear. I am appalled that this place is still open .
