The staff is so caring and accommodating
The owner of this clinic was very unprofessional during my experience. Their demeanor was loud and inappropriate for a medical setting, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and disorganized. It also seemed like patient care was not the top priority, as interactions felt rushed and more focused on business than on addressing health concerns. Overall, the lack of professionalism at leadership level reflects poorly on the entire practice. I did not feel properly cared fof and would not recommend this clinic to others.
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to share. From the moment I walked in, the office felt unorganized. I waited far longer than my scheduled appointment time with little to no explanation. When I was finally seen, the visit felt rushed and my concerns weren’t properly addressed. Staff is great no long waits and the physical therapist is absolutely understanding and staff very professional and courtesy love the office
