I scheduled an appointment with the receptionist in which I informed her my children have never been seen at this center. She said no problem told me what I needed to bring the day of the appt. I took my kids out of school came here only for the receptionist to tell me they have never been here that I would need a different appt. I waited 3 weeks for my kids appointment, took them out of school just for nothing. The receptionist didn’t even try to help. Horrid wouldn’t recommend this place.

I don’t understand why the reviews are so bad 🤷 I had a great visit today. The short hair lady at the reception was so friendly and helpful. The doctor and nurse were all very nice and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I also will come back here for my Annual physical examination next year. It’s a great place.
Mala atención por la parte del médico y los encargados de referír a otro tipo de atención medica, mi hija necesita la atención de un dermatólogo y ya son más de 6 mese y no la han podido referir con ninguno, ellos no explican qué pasa o que debo hacer, es mucha falta de responsabilidad por parte de este centro médico, no lo recomiendo
I used be their patient for couple of months, I think they really should pay attention about the staff’s training. The person who responsible for the referral, she kept make mistakes, and her attitude is just so bad, she delayed my appointment time for at least 3 months, horrible. Never deal with them again.
