This company is a straight scam. My sister lives in one of the owner's property and she has been without heat for over a week. He will not come and fix heat and air issues at properties that he owns, how fast do you think he will move for you. I can verify that he has broken all manners of landlord laws, I can only imagine what types of business and professional codes and laws he has broken. I know of 2 other people that have paid him and they still have insufficient heat. Buy/consumer beware!!
