Utilized Care Mountain services for help post surgery and had very good experience. Care giver Linda was very kind, and team members are very prompt. Had a very god experience. Thank you!
My father had a knee replacement surgery two month ago. We needed someone to come in for 5-6 hours during the day to help him with meals, laundry, dressing, transport and errands. I could not stay in town for more than a week so we hired Care Mountain. Their staff came in every day from 11 to 5. Care Mountain provided my wife with exceptional Home Care, Tina A. was compassionate, caring and extremely friendly. She was well qualified in her job and would highly recommend her.
I used Care Mountain when my mom started struggling to get up in the morning and I could tell it was wearing my dad out. Dad didn't think he was ready for someone to come help, but when are you ever ready for that? We hired them anyhow and I could tell right away that it was a big weight off of dad AND he was not upset about it. Mom has improved since then, but we would definitely use Care Mountain again if needed.
We were struggling to help my Mom and Dad after Dad's stroke in May, when a family friend (she is also a nurse at UT Southwestern), recommended we speak to Care Mountain. Gagan and his team were very thoughtful and methodical in understanding all aspects of Dad's care needs and planning for it.
