Best vet clinic in the area, hands down. They were able to accommodate me when I walked in at 7am with an emergency. After that, they were my go-to vets for my 3 kitties. They're always busy but the wait is reasonable, like any vet clinic. Prices are reasonable, they don't charge you an arm and a leg. Dr. Gross is amazing, as well as his other vets. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new vet.
Great Customer Service and Staff! I have been taking my three dogs and one cat to Caremore for many years now. They are the MOST sensitive clinic I have ever taken my animals to. My eldest dog, Sable, was diagnosed with terminal cancer not so long ago and their staff called me crying to break the news. My animals are like family to them and it shows in the way they care for my animals. I absolutely LOVE how Dr. Gross bends down to talk to them prior to starting an exam. Awesome Vet Clinic We've been taking our dogs to Dr. Gross at Care More Animal Hospital for a few years now and we LOVE THIS CLINIC! We found them after having a rather disturbing experience with Evans Animal Hospital. We first went to Dr. Gross for a second opinion after someone at Evans Animal hospital gave us a downright ridiculous "diagnosis" . Rude After using Caremore for 8 years with multiple animals, I asked Dr. Gross to give me a prescription to get Heartgard from PetMeds.com. Because I worked the same hours as the office was open and worked 15 miles from Caremore, I wanted to order from PetMeds.com because it was more convenient for me. Dr. Gross sent me a nasty letter, insinuating that I didn't have my animal's best welfare at heart. I thought this was rude and unprofessional. I no longer use Caremore as I was insulted.
William I have been a fan od Dr .Gross for years. I would not trust anyone else with my pets. He makes himself available at an instant if your pet is in jeopardy. He is more concerned with the health and well being of your pet than any other vet I know. He has the most reasonable rates and compasson beyond explaination. We have had our dogs in his care for the 20 years we have been fortunate to have found him.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED My dog got sick one night and I spent tons of money at Augusta Animal Emergency Clinic to hear "I don't know. It could be anything." They even offered to "observe" her overnight for $500.00. I declined. I may not be a vet, but I know how to "observe" something myself. The next morning we went to Caremore with no appointment, got worked in quickly, and told what was wrong and how to fix it for a fraction of what AAEC charged.
h-bunch We have been with this clinic for years. The staff and Dr. Gross are AMAZING! Words cannot describe their compassion, their care, and their professional expertise. Through wellness and sickness, Dr. Gross has always been there for assistance and has given us honest advice and reccomendations with minimal necessary cost. He truly loves his practice and patients and does not run his business with ridiculous prices.
RecommendedToday was our first visit ! Absolutely loved Dr Lisa James and her asst. some of the staff wasn’t as friendly or professional. Cared about cell phone more that helping me. But that won’t stop me from coming back. Thank you Lisa for taking your time with us !
I took my mixed terrier, Baxter Boo this morning to get his teeth cleaned. I was a little nervous leaving him so long. As soon as he was awake they called me to come & get him. I had a very nice technician & the receptionist was very nice also. They were loving on him. I would recommend Care More. I plan on bringing Baxter Boo back. Susan J. Smith .
