Go somewhere else! This place is the worst. My CPAP machine quit about 4 weeks ago and I've been trying to get it replaced ever since. I've left multiple messages with no call back. When I talked to someone they confirmed they had everything they needed from my doctor. They said they were just waiting on my insurance to provide authorization. I have been trying to reach these people for a month regarding a cpap machine. This is just a front for a different business.
Jack Atchley was awesome when he came to house to swap out our concentrator & deliver equipment. He's knowledgeable & very nice. Great guy.
Jack Atchley from Rotech was very professional and courteous. He delivered all the oxygen supplies my Mom needed.
