Saw Doctor Wei last week. Front desk receptionist was great as always. The young lady Rachel who worked for Doctor Wei is so sweet and made me feel comfortable while she did my bloodwork as well as the young man who did my Xrays, he was very funny. Very happy to have this clinic near me.
What a great group of professionals! First, Reception was so polite and professional, they actually cared! Then meeting with the Doctor, Wow! So nice and caring…. Truly! I can’t say enough good about the staff that helped me. I highly recommend this group and I am anti doctor. Thank You so much for your truly caring and for your professionalism’. Keith
If you have a CDL or CPL permit and come in for a physical they will fill out the med card wrong, refuse to fix it and your license will be suspended. Everyone here with the exception of the receptionist the front desk are completely incompetent. They cannot and will not fill out a DOT MEC correctly and cannot be bothered to read the instructions on the certificate or the state waiver that they claim is required for anyone under 21. It took 5 trips to the DOL, 2 trips to their front desk with no help whatsoever. I had to pay... read more
