my fiance and i are both in powerchairs while at the doggie park to day her chair started to act up and it would not work right she could not go forward or backwards (turned left and right good though) i called caremedical and was told they can come and get the chair but cant give her a ride. what do the expect her to do start walking I ended up pushing her home about a mile. we have dealt with the everett store and never had this type of problem I am very dispointed in the tacoma care medical and we will be looking for a ne... read more

Just from talking to them on the phone, I can assure you I would never do business with this company. The lady I spoke with was rude, not interested in helping, and not knowledgeable of the simplest medical devices I was inquiring about purchasing.
Willing to work with you! These people worked hard to get me the medical supplies I needed, fast, with a minimum of fuss. I highly recommend them!
I ordered a lift chair for a co-worker, they had to get it from the store in Portland. They delivered it, set it up, and showed her and her family how to use it. I had no problems.

we have been dealing with this place for years, and since most of our clients are medicare or medicaid we seem to get less than adequate service. Calls are not returned; we are not notified when ordered parts come in, and they are often the wrong part. We have been trying to get a new chair for someone and its been more than a year - in part due to Care Medical not getting info to the State in a timely manner.
