They are very unorganized They gave me two sheets of paper with prescheduled appointments. I followed the appointments on these sheets, but on one appointment date, I was refused care because the schedule they provided was missing appointments. They then claimed they tried to call me, but my phone was only off for one week. They stated I missed several weeks of appointments, which is strange. I am utterly appalled by my experience, especially after reading the glowing reviews. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt, but it quickly became clear that those reviews were nothing but a facade. The staff is shockingly rude and dismissive, spending far more time gossiping than engaging with patients. As for the doctor—presumably Dr. Kristen, though I could be mistaken—her behavior was disgraceful.
