Dr Kapoor is, in all estimates, a world class physician. She is dedicated to her patients, fights for their care and is diligent, personable and overall a wonderful doctor. I have received nothing but top notch h care for her who has been my physician for over 15 years and from the entire staff of Caremedica. I had Dr. Grillo and my experience was HORRIBLE. How do these people stay employed???? She cancelled CONSTANTLY, was never working when my appointments were scheduled (NO communication with the reception staff). I and my mother constantly ran out of meds due to her neglect. Never called to inform us of our test results. I hated this place and wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Find a better doctor if you're considering this place (although better doctors are not hard to come by when this place is the lowest it gets.)
POOR SERVICE. SLOW OFFICE. VERY POOR BEDSIDE MANNER. OVER BOOKED. POOR RETURN CALLS. CANT WAIT TO FIND A DIFFERENT OFFICE. LONG WAIT TIMES IN THE OFFICE.. I HAVE WAITED MANY TIMES FOR OVER AN HOUR.
