This office is mess there is no way they help you out staff are rude and useless , it’s been 2 weeks that I keep calling them to refill my prescription, they said they will do next day or they already did but nope 👎 every single time I call my pharmacy they still didn’t get any approval yesterday I spoke with Jennifer who was doc assistant , she said oh it was mistake we keep sending to Walmart pharmacy which I never been at Walmart pharmacy then she said she requested for fry’s pharmacy and then put me on hold came back an... read more

The only reason I give even one star is because my experience with Dr Baniriah. She was outstanding, knowledgeable, caring and always listened to me and cared about me as a person. She has seen me through so much over my 4 years of being with careMD. She has left though, shortly after it was taken over by 4C. Since then, no one answers phones. I was switched to a different Dr who completely changed my medications without valid reason or explanation. They are impossible to get ahold of. Dr Matin is so unbelievably unprofessio... read more
