Overall, my experience with Carekter Design & Remodeling was extremely disappointing. The delays, lack of attention to detail, and poor communication turned what should have been a straightforward project into a stressful ordeal. I needed a smallish remodel to add a shower and vanity into a laundry room. CareKter was super impressive in modeling what we had in mind so they could provide an accurate quote and have everyone on the same page. Their quote was right around the same as other quotes I got (4 total). Alvis worked at the house for 2 weeks and was very respectful, considerate, had good communication and did a great job. Also stands by his work which I greatly appreciate. I recommend CareKter and would use them again.
