We are so grateful to be living here! We love the privacy, quiet, our friendly neighbors and access to parks. The director, management, maintenance staff are patient, professional, responsive and kind. They do everything they can to support ALL folks in our community.

Living here has been quite an ordeal. The landlord’s behavior has been unhelpful and hostile, even resorting to yelling while walking away. The focus on maximizing funding by cycling through tenants has left those who stay longer feeling devalued. They employ various tactics to encourage residents to leave, stopping short of outright asking them to move.
