We had both my parents in this Care Home. It was new home, amenities were new and the property was in a gated small cul-de-sac. Perfect we thought. Not! My mom needed more care than my dad. The care givers there are useless, they ignore the buzzer that patients use to get assistance, and the communication is bad, the lack of respect and compassion for the patients is just unbelievable.
