I checked on several water softener systems and filters before using this product. The people at Care Free products of Arkansas were very helpful, honest and reliable. Service was prompt and as promised on the phone. In addition, the warranty with the products could not be equaled. They tested my water and found it was very hard and there was scale on the faucets. This must truly be a one-horse operation. Forget about customer service when the answering service informs you that the business is closed from Dec.9th until Jan. 4th. I suspect that it is a resellers who has no idea how the products work or how to test their effectiveness, At best I would rate this company at one star based on its lack of customer service.
