I was pregnant and was referred here by my primary since it was covered by my insurance. It was the worst decision I ever made. If I could go back in time I would not trust these people. I would have always gotten a second opinion. I would have advocated for myself and my baby better. I wouldn't have let doctors or nurses be rude to me the way I did. My opinion if you go here. I had a deeply disappointing and harmful experience at this medical center. My medical records contain multiple inaccuracies, including false notes stating I saw a doctor when I did not. This not only creates unnecessary charges for insurance but also reflects serious dishonesty. The providers—both nurse practitioners and doctors—rushed my visits, showed little compassion, and never took the time to understand me as a patient. My appointment went very smoothly. Pamela was very attentive, answered all my questions and made recommendations. The Rancho Cucamonga office is ran efficiently.
I have been a patient of Dr Valenzuela for close to 10years. I feel I'm in good hands with her extensive knowledge. I enjoy visiting with her and I make her laugh.
