This place is a joke! The "nurse" in the room couldn't even talk to me without watching herself in the mirror. Should have been my first clue. The lack of communication within the office was unreal! Care for Women...? Not even close!
I am not impressed. I had a TERRIBLE experience. Their customer service is very poor, especially for new patients. I showed up early per their request to fill out the new patient forms and was asked to throw out my coffee. I stepped out and drank my coffee and was 2 minutes late and they said I needed to reschedule because I had to complete my forms (ONE sheet was needed from me, the other info was completed online). DR. ZAVALA is the best! It is nice having a personable relationship with the woman who delivered my 2 children. I have never seen her walk in the room without a smile, what a fabulous woman!!!
