I have been going here for years (since the late 80s) and love Dr. Torres and her staff.
If you are not willing to take every standard test you will be denied as a patient. They kept telling me it is highly recommended I do all these tests and when I declined it then turned into “well then I cannot take you on as a patient” so I then asked why do you keep telling me it’s “highly recommended” when it’s clearly mandatory. The dr responded with it is highly recommended but for me to take you on as a patient it is required. So I tried compromising and accepting in doing some of the standard testing. The absolute best women's clinc EVER! Regardless of color etc.. as a black woman its hard to find a nice place like this !!I've never seen a WHOLE staff that treats everyone equally while delivering top tier service PROMPTLY! No long wait,Ms Rodriguez addressed all of my concerns and even asked about things that I didn't even think about. Honestly. Some of the most loving and caring people work at this office! I have never felt more “at home”!
I had a great experience at Care for Women. The staff was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Towns took the time to listen and answer all my questions. Highly recommend!
