Appointment scheduler was very unhelpful & could barely form a sentence. Ive been a patient since 1996 and wouldn't dare even take my dog there for a nail trim based on that employee
Always a good experience, the entire team is always welcoming, I never feel rushed, they always answer any and all questions and I ask a lot! Couldn’t recommend this place more! Thankful to have them on my pregnancy journey!
Horrible service. I don’t understand why you list that you are open at a certain time and noone ever answers the phone or return calls. I have been calling since THURSDAY trying to schedule an appointment & NOONE has got back to me. At this point it’s just better for me and my baby to see another doctor smh.
I received a bill from this place and I've never been here. I've tried calling and I had to leave a message but nov one is responding.
After being an established patient with Care for Women for years I was told that I have a balance and cannot schedule my yearly which is apparently for no shows. After trying to ask to have them removed because I would never not show up if I have an appointment the lady over the phone told me NO and was very rude. I said I will have to find a new Dr and without hesitation she said “ok, bye I will put that in your notes” very rude patient service.
