I only gave 4 stars as there is always room for improvement. The office is really clean with nice colors that are soothing and music at the perfect volume. I arrived about 20 mins earlier than my scheduled time and was called back about 10 mins after my scheduled appointment time. They do advise that if you wait longer than 15 mins after your scheduled time to come back to the front desk. I saw Doctor Rachel Towns and she is amazing. My baby DIED while under the care of Dr. Champion. DO NOT GO TO HER! The care I received from her is abhorrent. Every single appointment she had one foot out the door, she never offered any advice or guidance on ANYTHING. If I hadn't asked questions she wouldn't have told me anything. She never went over any labs or results with me, I had to follow up myself. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Mohan for over 16 years now and could not say enough great things about her. When I had my first son in 2017 three months early she made sure to check in on me and him, and she even made sure to get testing ordered to help figure out what happened. She’s the one who discovered my endometriosis quickly and helped me figure out the best treatments for it. From my very first appointment, when I found out I was pregnant, through the delivery of my baby via C-section, Dr. Garcia-Jasso has been absolutely amazing.
