Be aware! The staff does not communicate to both caregivers and home health aid in a timely manner. My home health aid had an emergency and I had no replacement for two days. Since joining Care 4 U Plus on Nov. 2023, I have dealt with Nicole on more than one occasions. The straw that broke the camels back was when Nicole did not attempt to return my calls (two days) until I canceled my contract. I do wonder, if it wasn't for my bold move, I probably would have still be waiting for an aid and/or loose my job at the same time.... read more
My mom had money taken out her apartment that only my mom and the home health aid from this place knew where the money was at... There was no break in and not a robbery mess. The person went directly to the spot and took it. Never reported to this place until I was told and I took proper procedures. This place do not investigate nor compensate your loved ones.Please be careful who you hire.
