Not bad, depends on which Dr. you see... Overall, not a bad practice, but they can definitely be better. Nice decor, they have a "well" area and a separate "sick" area. Some of the doctors really know their stuff, some are just phoning it in. The nurses are also hit or miss. Many times just calling for a basic appt. I have gotten rude service from the ladies at reception. Can be a good practice, you just need to be aware it can definitely be hit or miss.
Nasty...Rude Appt taker I just moved to Cary form NYC and have never been treated nastier than I was today. I called as a new patient to make an appointment for my three girls and the lady taking the appointments was so incredibly nasty and rude that there was no possible way I could take my girls to this office. I did my homework looking up these doctors and this seemed like a great place with some incredible doctors but unfortunantely they have some nasty/unhappy people working in their office.
