Doctor was nice but the way they have the building set up sucks not enough seats, barely any room. I don’t know why it’s a doctors office mixed with a pharmacy. It should be one or the other.
The doctor here is great I have decided to change my review. I understand that running an office and receiving so many phone calls in a day is super overwhelming and a tough challenge. I understand the people working do their best I am sorry for leaving such a bad review before
So grateful to Dr Oosterholt for helping me out when I called in suffering from infection that needed immediate attention! Having some medical background, I can tell how efficient and quick his judgement is! Has he ever dismissed my concerns? Yes, but to anyone who feels he dismisses, he does so for the right reasons! I dont have a family doctor i asked about the walk in doctor and they said he wont be there for a month so nothing for civilians for an entire month at a medical facility
