Wasn’t a great experience ! Bad day…
Jenny is an amazing person right when you walk in she greets you with a big bright and warm smile. She answered all my questions and made me feel calm. The technician Rich was so kind to patient explained the process and was very knowledgeable
Jenny Kathy and Sandy are awesome assets. Friendly professional and on time. Been there twice and great experiences!!! I want to add to my review...... each time I've needed the MRI sent to a doctor or needed the reports for insurance etc.. they have immediately gotten what I need sent to who needed it with only one simple call. Very reliable!!!! Keep up the great service you provide!!
I had a very disappointing experience with First care imaging. While Jennie and the woman at the front desk were friendly and wonderful, the rest of my experience was horrible. Now I understand why I was advised to go to a more popular, larger imaging company. I went in for an MRI and the technician seemed off. After completing my test, she handed me my glasses slightly, tossing them into my hand parentheses the reason I needed the MRI in the first place).
