I was nervous coming to the clinic due to overall personal reasons. I was met by the receptionist who greeted me, followed by the lovely girl name Jouad (I hope i spelt it right) .. she was attentive, kind, answered silly questions I had and was very gentle when drawing blood. I havent even been in to see the doctor yet and I am really happy with the service this far
From my very first time there up until now, my experience has been absolutely wonderful. The receptionist is such a lovely lady. The care team are so sweet. It’s made this infertility journey so much more pleasant when you’re surrounded by people who love what they do
It’s so difficult to reach the clinic cus no one picks up the phone. I’ve been trying for 2 weeks now on and off and someone finally picked up today after all my attempts and when I was speaking to the receptionist she was very dismissive and said she said they were busy and the nurse will have to give me a call back when she can. And then hung up the phone quickly. Very disappointed with the service from the receptionist! I left extremely upset. The reception was rude and disrespectful, and she clearly doesn’t understand that her job is to help with scheduling, not just say ‘these are the times, take it or leave it.
My mom had a scheduled consultation, and we arrived at 1:30 PM for a 1:40 PM appointment but waited over an hour to see the doctor, then waited another 40 minutes for an ultrasound. When I spoke to the front desk about the long wait, she said, “We’re busy, nothing I can do.” Very poor scheduling and time management, and dismissive attitude.
