This was a pleasant experience overall. The Doctor was very gentle and guided me through the process. The pain was minimal. I definitely recommend Dr Thomas for any procedure.
Very understanding Doctor she takes time to explain things to you and us and billing has always been helpful.

Dr. Thomas and her staff are amazing! The front desk is always helpful and knowledgable when it comes to helping with insurance questions. The nurses and techs are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Thomas is AMAZING. I will highly recommend CARE Fertility to anyone who is struggling with fertility issues. There is absolutely nothing I would change. We are very happy with our time we spent at CARE and will come back when we are ready for future family planning.
We have loved our experience with Dr. Thomas! We had visited another fertility clinic prior to coming to CARE and it was a horrible experience. The CARE nurses, staff, and doctors have been so nice and very understanding through our IVF process. We recommend it to everyone!
I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Dr. Thomas, her nurses, and the front desk ladies. They are very helpful, considerate, friendly, and always made me feel like I was the only patient that they see.
Dr. Thomas has always been very personal in dealing with us. She takes the time to thoroughly explain procedures, expectations, and outcomes. I have never felt like just another patient, and feel very comfortable calling the office and discussing things with her or the nurses. To an outsider, it may seem like there are just too many employees, but you will never feel like that once you become a patient.
Dr. Thomas was very informative and immediately gave me confidence in her knowledge and the care that the clinic would provide. The office staff is helpful but I would say that the financial commitments are not very well explained initially. It would be helpful to have a better breakdown of the costs exactly and itemization of payments throughout the cycle. The business office did provide a detailed email regarding our insurance coverage and what we needed to complete which was extremely helpful.
The one on one visits with Dr. Thomas have been great. She explains all procedures and plans of care thoroughly. I would like to be able to communicate with her more easily and readily for questions (over the phone or otherwise) between visits with her.
