We used Care Dimensions at home service. Unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. It began with the initial appointment. The nurse who came initially was trying to hard sell us on hospice. We were already there. My mom lasted less than a week once on hospice. The nurse who was assigned to us was very nice. She was the only highlight. The only other positive was that the hospital bed, and oxygen was delivered very quickly. We agreed to have additional counseling and services through Care Dimensions. If I could have wished for anything for my Mom it would have been the Hospice House. Actually I would give 10 stars if I could. I met with Dr Rinaldi who understands hospice and is a true professional. I cannot say enough about the nurses, social workers and everyone I encountered. Please read this before allowing your relative to be transferred there. In April of 2025 my dad was transferred there by MGH. He was completely lucid , had trouble walking , constantly receiving dose of morphine that made him sleepy. On the first night there one of the nurses woke me up saying that he is being aggressive, I find it hard to believe , due to his condition, pancreatic cancer stage 4, I definitely can see how he could be disoriented.
