If you are being pressured into coming to Care Dimensions from MGH and aren’t sure it’s for your family, I strongly recommend not coming. When learning more about hospice and deciding if we wanted to come to this facility, we were told many times that my mother would be able to stay on her exact treatment regimen (that was working for her) when transferred. I'm a patient of Care Dimensions ( stated as I noticed lots of reviews from "the family of"). I was strong armed into signing up for palliative care. It didn't take long to realize I needed Hospice care. Being a fiercely independent woman, it was difficult to admit I needed help. They presented me with 2 options. I chose Care Dimensions as the other choice sounded religious. I'd like to share that the immediate swift response was a shock to me.
