I cannot put into words how grateful I am for your care of my mom Sarah in her final days at the Lincoln hospice. She fought a mighty hard 5 year battle with cancer. When she was admitted they said she could pass any time. She held on for over a month!! Finally passed away on April 1st 2025 at the age of 70. I believe it was because of your compassionate loving care that she lasted that long. Before she entered hospice she was in so much pain and was depressed. If you are being pressured into coming to Care Dimensions from MGH and aren’t sure it’s for your family, I strongly recommend not coming. When learning more about hospice and deciding if we wanted to come to this facility, we were told many times that my mother would be able to stay on her exact treatment regimen (that was working for her) when transferred. This was a big hang up that had prevented us from being willing to go to other inpatient hospice facilities in the area. The representative in the hospital for CD hurried... read more

I am giving two stars because my sister died within two days of arrival and it was a weekend and I could not further assess the care that might be given to different patients and at different times.I am a health care professional as is another family member who also felt that our relative was neglected.My sister was very weak but conversing appropriately and able to follow directions But almost immediately after arrival, a foley was inserted which my sister felt was an assault on her personhood. I am so grateful for the amazing care my sister received at Care Dimensions Hospice House in Lincoln . My sister fought a brave battle with cancer through which she endured a long and complicated hospital admission. The nurses became like family and took amazing care of my sister but at the end of the day it is still a hospital and I know my sister did not want to pass away there.
