I had my wisdom teeth removed today and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The entire team was so kind, patient, and understanding from start to finish. I was really nervous and cried a lot (like most people would), but they never made me feel embarrassed or rushed. Instead, they took the time to calm me down and made sure I felt safe the whole time. Highly recommend. This facility was wonderful with working with my special needs child, the facility was incredible clean and safe, as a parent I knew my child was in great care. I had a wonderful experience at the surgical center with my child. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The waiting area was bright, clean, and child-friendly, which helped ease my child’s nerves right away. The nurses and doctors took the time to explain everything clearly, and they were so patient and gentle! This place is horrible, do not bring your kids here. My 5 year old came in cause he needed crowns and they ended up messing up all of his four front teeth. Had to bring him in to children’s hospital to extract all four teeth. They should definitely close this place.
