I switched to this dentist office for a second opinion from my other dentist. They confirmed my suspicions and helped me rectify the situation. Dr. Cao is so kind, gentle and understanding. She and her team make me feel comfortable and truly cared for. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a compassionate care team!

I went to the clinic with a severe tooth infection after a sleepless night of intense pain, even before my scheduled appointment. Dr. Eric and the entire team were incredibly kind and accommodating, and they treated me right away without hesitation. The care and gentleness they showed truly meant so much to me during such a stressful moment. I honestly can’t express how grateful I am for their help and compassion. Thanks to them, I finally found relief. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of urgent dental care.
One of the worst work experiences I’ve ever had was with Dr. Eric Yim. If you saw how they handle infection control and sterilization there, you’d never want to go back. They just tell you to flip the disposable headrest cover between patients instead of actually replacing it. For polishing, they use this tiny bit of polish—like the size of a lentil—for the whole mouth, which isn’t even enough for half the arch.
