Super glad I switched over to Care Dental- they’re the best I’ve been to! I always feel comfortable talking to Dr. Eric who is professional and knowledgeable- the team cares about my experience and are accommodating. Thank you to Lydia who was able to help me have my first relaxing experience at the dentist. She’s diligent and it was my first cleaning where I didn’t experience any pain or sensitivity!
I went to the clinic with a severe tooth infection after a sleepless night of intense pain, even before my scheduled appointment. Dr. Eric and the entire team were incredibly kind and accommodating, and they treated me right away without hesitation. The care and gentleness they showed truly meant so much to me during such a stressful moment. I honestly can’t express how grateful I am for their help and compassion. Thanks to them, I finally found relief. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of urgent dental care.
One of the worst work experiences I’ve ever had was with Dr. Eric Yim. If you saw how they handle infection control and sterilization there, you’d never want to go back. They just tell you to flip the disposable headrest cover between patients instead of actually replacing it. For polishing, they use this tiny bit of polish—like the size of a lentil—for the whole mouth, which isn’t even enough for half the arch. Dr. Cindy Cao and her team are always so friendly and professional. I’ve been going to Care Dental Clinic for the past three years, and they’ve taken such great care of me throughout my braces journey—from removing my wisdom teeth to patching up root canals.
