I was a patient there for several years but be prepared for wait for hours. I gave them a pass a couple of times as I had continuity of care there but it kept happening. Not respectful of my time. They also kept changing the dentist. Andy, dental hygenist was good. Unfortunately, I opted to change my dental clinic in the end.

I had a horrible experience with this place. I went in for a crown, they set an appointment for me two weeks out. I took the day off to go in for my appointment and they called me 20 minutes before my appointment when I was already heading out to tell me that they didn’t have my crown ready despite them asking me to confirm my appointment just the day before. JACKIE never follow up with calls. Even my insurance have try to help me to let them know what is it they still need to start the dental procedure. Jessica in billing is never available. A manager/supervisor/ person incharge is never available to speak... according to Jackie.... Very bad customer service.
