I am very grateful for the therapy I received from Care Counseling. My therapist is fantastic, and has helped me tremendously. I would certainly recommend Care Counseling to anyone who is struggling.
My care and time at Care was great and helped me sort through issues and my struggles, the care at care counseling is 10/10. However I did experience the issue that many people complain in the reviews about which is the slow and sporadic billing issues. I have had instances where I'm suddenly charged for 2 or even 3 sessions all of a sudden at once. While I was okay in this situation due to my financials this can really be a problem for others.

No notification whatsoever that my insurance had not covered one session… No mail, no email, nothing. And it’s been months.
