Therapist was wonderful. Convenient location. Results were less than expected. Management could use improvement.
I love my therapist, but I had a very concerning experience with another provider there and I have not heard back in regards to this. In addition to that, they keep trying to bill me and will not return my call or emails/inquiries regarding this issue. As someone who has worked in the medical field myself, I can assure you there is something very off with this company as far as business practice goes. Toss me around to 3 different counselors over 6 months. Over billed me $500 with incorrect insurance information .They still on me 355
The employees and therapist are great, I have no ill will towards them. The customer service and billing however are TERRIBLE. They've taken money from my account without notifying me on cost first - I put in a request to billing (because there no customer service #) I haven't heard anything for THREE DAYS!
