Unethical, Unprofessional, and Untrustworthy CARE Counseling Services is an absolute nightmare. My daughter had been seeing one of their therapists, and after her last visit three months ago, we informed them that we would no longer be needing their services due to her therapist leaving the practice. The therapist I had is an absolute poor therapist who can only follow a script. If you need actual support through actual painful events in real time then don’t go here. All she could do was follow a script and poorly The therapist’s just called and lied to me as well. I was told it HAS to be video, but our first session was a phone call because she couldn’t get the video to work. Can't get through to billing and effectively resolve. Have asked for them (via recorder), to mail a paper bill, so I can see why there is such a large balance, nobody answers, and just keep getting a text to pay without explaining what for?
This has been the best therapy place I ever had! They really listen to you and help you with struggles. I’ve overcome so much because of them! They are the best!
