Unless you commonly hear that you are a VERY easy-going person, and sometimes when you tell strangers about your life, their feedback is “That sounds so wonderful! Sometimes I forget that people with lives like yours exist. I’m so glad.”, and it hurts your feelings when you hear that, this is probably not a safe space for you, based on my experiences with them. We have had an incredible experience with Care Counseling in Maple Grove. They have served our needs well and helped my teenager through some difficult seasons, resulting in better navigation of feelings/emotions and renewed confidence. I definitely recommend their services.
Incredibly disappointed. I went in seeking regular weekly or biweekly appointments for my daughter who has suffered horrible trauma. We were informed 3 different providers could accommodate her needs. All 3 failed to have the availability requested after being told they had it already. 1 even said she had the availability but reserved that time for in person appointments and wouldn't be moved to accept a virtual. As my life is literally falling to pieces I randomly Google and selected Care counseling. I've been dealing with my mental health for nearly 20 years I have a faithful psychiatrist but in and out of therapy and finding a truly wonderful therapist is not easy. Just by chance I called they scheduled me with 1 person but the next day they changed it to Sara Roufs and she was like an angel that I desperately needed.
