I’ve worked with CARE Construction on several of my properties, and they’re consistently providing excellent service. They communicate well and deliver high quality work every time.
We’ve had our fair share of frustrating contractor experiences here in Miami, but CARE Construction was different. We hired them for structural repairs to our garage and a full repaint of the building exterior. They did what they said they would, showed up when they said they would, and followed through until the job was done right. That’s not easy to come by down here.
After interviewing several contractors, we decided to go with CARE Construction, and we’re so glad we did. They completed concrete spall repairs, sealed expansion joints, and gave our building a fresh coat of paint. Everything passed inspection the first time, and the board received constant updates throughout the job. Professionalism, quality, service and communication were all 5 stars!
We brought in CARE Construction for a full exterior refresh, including concrete repairs, new railings, and waterproof coatings. They executed the project with precision and kept us informed every step of the way. The final result not only looks fantastic but also gives us peace of mind knowing everything was done right. Highly recommended for anyone managing residential buildings.
Jeremy and the team at CARE Construction are incredible. They take deadlines seriously and are incredibly responsive if questions or adjustments come up mid project, which was extremely important for us.
