I had an immediate unplanned need for 24/7 care for my mom. Susan M. an RN came on a Sunday to my house for the intake. She was so thorough. My mother had chest congestion and was frail. She gave her a COVID and Susan had great knowledge of the surrounding urgent care facilities. We thought we would need night time only coverage but a curve ball was thrown my way and we ended up needing daytime too. Susan got me through the week! I applied for a position with this company and spoke to the owner Greg. We talk about the job and I was emailed the application. After uploading all my documents and taken time off to do so only to be ignored by Carl HR.and not received a text or a call back from anyone. How Unprofessional
