Very unprofessional nurses since making recent changes
Care Connection cared for my husband in the last half of 2024. I was very happy with the physical, occupational and speech therapists and very happy with the nurse. I would like to use them again but it is impossible. I understand that Care Connection is owned by Amedisys. This company has no respect or care for its clients. I have asked for billing records needed to further my husband’s care and get no response. I have sent messages electronically, by phone, fax and US Mail without acknowledgement . My dad had open heart surgery triple bypass and valve replacement. I was very worried when they assigned an agency, but Care Connection did an amazing job! From the front desk lady, to the scheduling department and especially his nurse Destiny, she was very knowledgeable, kind and patient, especially with my Dad that speaks broken English. I can't thank you all enough for the wonderful care that you gave him. I highly recommend them!♡
