I don’t usually write a negative but when your time slot is canceled 30 min to your planned time then now I have all this time to write something. Upset I had a scheduled time set on he website. It allowed me to pick a time slot which I selected for 1 hr. I get a call as I’m pulling into the location to tell me That they don’t have enough time to see me even though i booked ahead of time and the website allowed me to select this time and date.
