I know someone who works for this company and let's just say, they don't pay their employees jack. Roughly 500 a week after all said and done. I made that amount working at the grocery store.lol. Routinely double books patients with multiple agencies after 1 agency has already accepted the pt. Authorizes visits for patients not even covered with insurance and then when you see the patient because they sent you the authorization, all they can say is "woops our bad, we'll look into why this happened". Provider Network Representatives are a joke, all they do is spew the companies BS, but never acknowledge that there are problems with their processes and how they handle their duties as the "man in the middle" for the ins... read more

Management promotes retaliation, discrimination and harassment. They want you to care about patients but don’t even care about there own workers. I’ve never worked for a company that tries to fire you after you quit an report them to the eeoc, comical. Would rate Zero stars if I could.

Terrible customer service. Can never speak to the same person. I hate that Cigna uses them.

stay away. Fiasco involving collections notices even after confirming all balances paid of full. Massive time waster.
