The entire care team was polite, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I finally got answers. I had been seeking for a very long time.
Took my daughter on a Sunday mid-morning and had no problems being seen right away. She was dealing with a really bad sore throat that had been sticking around for a while so we had a strep test done. In and out quickly and was very happy - until we got the bill. We have high deductible catastrophe insurance so I knew we'd have to pay for everything out of pocket. I wasn't expecting it to be 4X what we had paid at a different urgent care the year before. Never going back here.
