I have a very very bad experience at this place. The nurse screamed at me when I called her. The doctor very very lazy. They did not check me at all. Nothing don’t waste your money and go here go somewhere else.

“Carson” the front receptionist is a bitter, unprofessional individual who needs to find another profession. Treated me like i was beneath her in every way, hard of hearing because of the army and she sarcastically yelled each question i asked to be repeated, angry with no greeting, (ordered) me to fill out my paperwork with a mask on and at the front rather than take a seat, refused to hand me back my own military ID card and threw it on the front desk table for me to grab. It's a quick in and quick out place. On a previous for possible sinus infection, the MD asked me to sit near the otoscope so she could look in my ears. She never did that nor tap on the sinus areas of my face to see if they were tender. This time the Dx was obvious (cellulitis/lymphadenitits). I received a shot and Rx for antibiotic. The next day, I went to the Sarasota ER (University) and much more time spent with diagnosis as well as R/O's like a DVT.
